These terms describe the conditions for business-to-business sales of products by Powlink Technology, LLC (“Powlink”). Any transaction-specific terms expressly agreed in writing by Powlink and the customer will take precedence to the extent of a conflict.

1. Quotations and order acceptance

Quotations identify the products, quantities, prices, currency and applicable validity period. Product availability and delivery estimates must be confirmed for the order. An inquiry or purchase order does not by itself constitute acceptance by Powlink. The customer should obtain written order confirmation before relying on a delivery commitment.

2. Product identification and condition

Before confirming an order, the customer should verify the manufacturer part number, specifications, quantity, equipment condition, included accessories and any stated warranty. New, refurbished and used products must be identified in the quotation or order confirmation. Any discrepancy should be reported promptly so that corrected documents can be agreed before shipment.

3. Prices, taxes and payment

The applicable currency, payment method and payment due date are those specified in the accepted quotation, order confirmation or invoice. Unless expressly included, freight, insurance, taxes, duties and other charges are separate from the product price. Any claimed tax exemption must be supported by appropriate documentation. Credit terms require Powlink’s written approval.

4. Shipping and delivery

The agreed shipping terms and named place determine the parties’ delivery responsibilities. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as firm commitments in writing. The customer must provide accurate delivery instructions and promptly notify Powlink of changes. Partial deliveries and changes to a delivery schedule require agreement between the parties.

5. Inspection and discrepancies

The customer should inspect the shipment upon receipt and promptly report visible damage, missing items or incorrect products, with the order number and supporting photographs or records. Packaging should be retained where needed for a carrier claim. Any specific inspection or claim period must be stated in the applicable transaction documents.

6. Returns and cancellations

Contact Powlink before returning goods or requesting cancellation of an accepted order. A return requires written authorization and shipping instructions. Eligibility, return period, shipping costs and any restocking charge must be agreed in writing for the transaction. Special-order or non-cancellable items must be identified as such in the quotation or order confirmation.

7. Warranty and support

The applicable warranty provider, duration and coverage are those expressly stated in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice. Manufacturer warranty eligibility must be confirmed for the specific product; no additional manufacturer warranty is implied by a brand name appearing on this website. Customers should contact Powlink with the order number, serial number and fault description to request support.

8. Software and licenses

Any software, subscriptions, activation keys and license rights included with equipment must be specified in the transaction documents. Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party license conditions and verifying compatibility with their intended systems before ordering.

9. International transactions

The parties must follow applicable import, export and trade requirements. Responsibility for customs clearance, duties and related documentation should be confirmed in the agreed shipping terms. Information about product origin or classification supplied for an order does not replace any required customs verification.

10. Changes and questions
